“Open Voices Rising”, May 2022
Open Voices came out to the Leon’s Centre to cheer on the Kingston Frontenacs and to sing the national anthem at the hockey game. A buskering performance at intermission was also part of the fun community gig.
On November 11, 2019, Open Voices performed for the 4th and last time at PeaceQuest‘s “The World Remembers” concert at the Isabel Bader Centre for Performing Arts. This event commemorated the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I.
On June 8, 2019, Brian Tate — a Vancouver-based vocalist, composer/arranger, choir director, and educator — is featured. This concert is supported by The Ballytobin Foundation.
On May 8th, 2019, Open Voices Choir sailed aboard the Island Belle to arrive at the Thousand Islands Playhouse. There, a performance with the Gananoque Youth Choir and the Gananoque Secondary School Band and Choir, raised funds (and fun!) for Youth Arts in Gananoque.
