We kid you not! 🙂 This week’s announcements include notices about next week’s rehearsal and sectionals, concert ticket sales, soul food, Board elections, and the upcoming community gig. Read on to find out more.

Concert

MIXED FORMATION     (Diana Hopkins-Rosseel)

• Next week’s rehearsal will be back in mixed formation. Please arrive at 6:50 pm to find your places.
• Section leaders are asked to coordinate with each other about who is where.
• Those helping with risers, please arrive at 5:30 pm.

CONCERT TICKET SALES     (Kathleen Harding)

• Concert tickets can be purchased before and after rehearsal, starting next week. $20 per ticket, and $10 for un/under-employed.

Volunteers

SOUL FOOD     (Wendy Stewart)

• Volunteers to deliver Soul Food are needed starting next week going forward. Please sign up at the library table.
• A reminder that Soul Food be a maximum of 2 minutes to respect rehearsal time.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS     (Linda Williams)

• Board elections are approaching, and there will be 3 spots opening up. Please feel free to connect with any board member to find out more. We hope you consider joining this dynamic group of leaders!
