- Completed hard-copy surveys will be collected at the first rehearsal back in January (7th).
- The online survey will remain open until January 10th.

Concert
CONCERT PROGRAM (Skot Caldwell)
- A reminder that ads for the program are due Friday, December 19th. It’s $50 for business card size, $100 for half page and $200 for full page. Payment can be made to Nola Gurnick (Alto) with cash, cheque or e-transfer. Email: ik0888@kingston.net
TICKETS (Skot Caldwell)
- On sale again tonight and next week before and after rehearsal–thank you again. If you keep forgetting cash, find a buddy to email you a reminder or put an alarm on your phone. (We all get enough emails, I don’t want to send an email reminder).
CONCERT DRESS (Skot Caldwell)
- We have decided to stick with the dress format from last May because it is simple, remarkably uncontroversial, and we look fabulous:
- Solid (ie. no patterns) coloured top, all colours welcome other than those that aren’t colours.
- Black bottom–pants or skirt, whatever.
- We don’t care–don’t want to know, actually–what you wear under the above items. (ie. If you are wearing a dress, you aren’t obliged to wear black pants).

Volunteers
AFTER-PARTY (Skot Caldwell)
- In January, we’ll need one or two people to coordinate pizza money for the after party. Our plan is to keep this one simple and return to the Portsmouth Tavern. There is a sign-up on the board. It’s an uncomplicated way to become a hero.
CONCERT SET-UP AND TEAR-DOWN (Skot Caldwell)
- Arguably almost as fun as the concert itself, if you haven’t been on this crew, you’re really missing out. Happens beginning at 5 on the Tuesday before the concert and the Monday after. A sign-up is also on the board.
SOUL FOOD (Wendy Stewart)
- A sign-up sheet for Soul Food for the New Year is at the Library table. Members are encouraged to sign up.
Other
COFFEE HOUSE (Wendy Stewart)
- A sign-up list has been posted for performers for Coffee House on January 28th. The list is in no particular order. Just add your name, and the order will be determined after the list of entries has been collected. Each choir member can only sing one song, but may accompany another singer. As in other Coffee Houses, there will be a cap of about 22 acts.
