Administrative
- NEXT WEEK’S REHEARSAL
- Liam will be away next week for rehearsal. He has an exam scheduled that evening. Kim will be leading the choir.
- MEMBER SURVEY (Mary Gauthier)
- Marking 90 days since Liam started as the new AD, a survey is being conducted to gain insight on members’ current experiences in this significant transition period of the choir. The survey is part of Mary’s masters research project, “Bridging the Key Change: A community choir managing transition prompted by new artistic leadership.” The objective of the project is to inform further action on managing this transition and provide insight on managing change in the future.
- Although all member perspectives are valuable, participating in the survey is optional and voluntary.
- Due to the nature of the survey questions, new members who have joined the choir this term are not included in the survey. (Sorry!)
- An email will be sent to all members with the full details, including a link to the online survey.
- Paper copies of the survey will be available next week in the lobby.
- Thank you for considering!
Concert
- CONCERT TICKETS (Skot Caldwell)
- In-person ticket sales will begin this week and will continue each week until the concert. Fifteen minutes before rehearsal and fifteen minutes after–thank you to Sarah and Kathleen for this time! (Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for unemployed or underemployed, free for children 6 and under, but they must have a ticket for our records).
- CONCERT PROGRAM REMINDER (Skot Caldwell)
- Nola Gurnick has once again agreed to create our concert program. Thank you, Nola! To offset the printing costs, we offer advertising spaces in the program. Ads for the program are due Friday, December 19th. It’s $50 for business card size, $100 for half page and $200 for full page. Payment can be made with cash, cheque or e-transfer. Email: ik0888@kingston.net
