Concert

CONCERT SET-UP AND TAKE-DOWN    (Skot Caldwell)

• Set up – Tuesday, May 26th; 5:00 p.m.  
• Take down – Monday, June 1st; 5:00 p.m. 
• We will need 8-10 volunteers to make this work safely and efficiently. Please contact Skot if you are willing and able.

SHOUT OUT TO SECTION LEADERS    (Diana Hopkins-Rosseel)

• Lots of appreciation and applause went out to section leaders for going above and beyond this term with the mixed formation arrangements.

Volunteers

BOARD MEMBER NEEDED    (Linda Williams)

• No experience needed, just a willingness to offer thoughtful opinion, time ( 4-10? hrs /mon depending on role and time of year), work in a specific area (tbd) and support the values of OV
• Election set for May 6, for a 2 yr term starting fall 2026

Community Gigs

SINGING at HOSPICE KINGSTON     (Linda Williams)

• Friday, Apr 24 1pm at Hospice Kingston, 152 Phillips St at the end on the right. Enter the main door and get buzzed in.
• Sing for Hospice patients and their families, including Meghan and Kim Duca
• Music available on OV website/Members Only/Outreach/VON Bring music for: Sing, Rainbow Connection, Here Comes the Sun, Summer Holiday, Blue Hawaii, Bridge Over Troubled Water

Other

COCO LOVE ALCORN    (Linda Williams)

• Coco Love was our guest in Jan. 2020. She was recently diagnosed with a difficult to treat cancer.
• Feel free to sign the card made by Barb Carr, found on the music table over the next 2 weeks
