BOARD MEETING (Linda Williams)
- There is a board meeting next Monday, Feb 9th at Linda’s house in downtown Kingston. Members are welcome to attend. It’s a great opportunity to learn what is done “behind the scenes,” especially if you would be interested in joining the board in the spring. If you are interested in attending, please let Linda or a board member know.
Community Gigs
MUSICAL OPPORTUNITY WITH V.O.N. (Linda Williams)
- We have been asked to sing a community gig for the VON on Fri April 10 over the lunch hour (best date among the choices offered, for Liam and Kim). There were enough members who raised their hand as a show of interest. More details will follow.
Membership
NEW MEMBER (Shauna Peart)
- Welcome, Tim Aylesworth, who has returned to the choir this term! He will be singing in the Tenor section.
Other
LOST-AND-FOUND (Diana Hopkins-Rosseel)
- The lost-and-found is at the back of the rehearsal hall by the door. Please check it to see if you have anything there. There are some water bottles left behind. Diana will leave them for another couple of weeks, after which she will give them to the church.
CHAIRS AND HEATERS (Diana Hopkins-Rosseel)
- Two heaters are being turned on for our Wednesday rehearsals, as some issues continue with adequate heating. Please be mindful not to leave any items on the heaters. Also, chairs are to be stacked, max 8 chairs high, not in front of the heaters.
